Position Overview: The Jewelry Online Sales Coordinator is responsible for managing and processing jewelry product orders received through the company's web application, website, and all social media platforms. This role ensures a seamless order experience for customers, from inquiry to delivery, while providing exceptional customer service and supporting sales growth. Key Responsibilities: 1) Order Management: · Receive and process jewelry product orders from the company’s web application, website, and social media platforms. · Confirm order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery information. · Coordinate with the inventory and shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. 2) Customer Service: · Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide information about products, pricing, and order status. · Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally and efficiently. · Maintain positive customer relationships through excellent service and follow-up. 3) Sales Support: · Assist customers with the online ordering process and troubleshoot any technical issues. · Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. · Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and special offers. 4) Social Media Engagement: · Monitor and manage product inquiries and orders received through social media channels. · Engage with customers on social media to provide product information and encourage sales. · Track and report on social media interactions and sales conversions. 5) Order Tracking and Reporting: · Maintain accurate records of orders, customer interactions, and sales data. · Generate regular reports on order status, sales performance, and customer feedback. · Analyse sales trends and customer preferences to support business decisions. 6) Collaboration: · Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns. · Coordinate with the IT team to ensure the web application and website function smoothly. · Collaborate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and suggest product improvements. Requirements Requirements: · Proven experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce, preferably in the jewelry industry. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in using web applications, e-commerce platforms, and social media. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. · Knowledge of jewelry products and market trends is a plus. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
