Position Overview: The Jewelry Sales and Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for taking jewelry product orders by calling existing customers and identifying new potential customers through proactive outreach. This role combines excellent communication skills with sales acumen to drive revenue growth and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: 1. Order Management: · Contact existing customers to take orders for jewelry products. · Confirm order details, including product specifications, quantities, and delivery information. · Coordinate with the inventory and shipping departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment. 2. Customer Engagement: · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business. · Provide personalized customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally. · Keep customers informed about new products, promotions, and special offers. 3. New Customer Acquisition: · Identify and call potential new customers to introduce them to the company's jewelry products. · Use various lead generation techniques to find and qualify new prospects. · Follow up on leads and convert them into loyal customers. 4. Sales Support: · Assist customers with product selection, providing detailed information and recommendations. · Track and report on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends. 5. Data Management: · Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and sales data. · Use CRM software to manage customer information and track sales activities. · Generate regular reports on customer engagement and sales performance. 6. Collaboration: · Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activities with promotional campaigns. · Coordinate with the product development team to provide customer feedback and suggest product improvements. · Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and payment processing. Requirements Requirements: · Proven experience in online sales, customer service, or e-commerce, preferably in the jewelry industry. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in using web applications, e-commerce platforms, and social media. · Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. · Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently. · Knowledge of jewelry products and market trends is a plus. Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.
