Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused International Client Sales Support Specialist to join our esteemed jewelry manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our international sales efforts, managing client relationships, and ensuring a seamless experience for our global customers. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues. Maintain and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Sales Support: Assist the international sales team with client communications and follow-ups. Process orders, prepare quotations, and manage sales documentation. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders. Track and monitor shipments to provide clients with accurate delivery information. Order Management: Handle order entry, verification, and updates in the system. Ensure all orders comply with company policies and international trade regulations. Work with the finance team to manage invoicing and payment collection. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our jewelry products and their specifications. Provide clients with detailed product information and recommendations based on their needs. Stay updated on new product launches and features. Client Communication: Respond promptly to client emails, calls, and messages. Communicate any delays or issues proactively to clients and offer solutions. Prepare and distribute regular updates and reports to clients regarding their orders. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities. Assist in gathering and analyzing feedback from clients to improve products and services. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay informed about the market. Administrative Support: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and communications. Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review. Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience in a sales support or customer service role, preferably in the jewelry industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office. Familiarity with international trade regulations and customs procedures is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage. Working Conditions: Primarily work in an office environment with occasional travel for client meetings and trade shows. May require working outside standard business hours to accommodate international clients in different time zones.
