Overview: We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at a leading jewelry manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content strategy. Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written posts) for various social media platforms. Ensure content is consistent with the brand’s voice, style, and tone. Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, launches, and events. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Community Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner, and foster a positive community. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and relevant conversations, participating where appropriate. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics to measure success and ROI. Provide regular reports and insights to management on social media performance and trends. Use data to inform and optimize future content and campaigns. Platform Management: Manage and maintain social media profiles on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Implement new strategies and features to enhance the company’s social media presence. Collaboration: Work closely with the design team to create visually appealing content. Coordinate with the sales and product development teams to promote new collections and products. Collaborate with external agencies and freelancers as needed. Brand Development: Ensure all social media activities align with the company’s brand image and objectives. Promote a cohesive brand message across all social media channels. Innovate and implement new ways to grow the brand’s social media presence and engage with customers. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. In-depth knowledge of all social media platforms and their respective best practices. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus. Working Conditions: Primarily work in an office environment with occasional travel for events and meetings. May require working outside standard business hours to monitor social media activity and respond to engagement.
